Our VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Users may advance to higher tiers based on regular play. The Bronze tier offers a maximum weekly cashback of 0.3%, the Silver tier up to 0.5%, and the Gold tier up to 0.8%.

6.1 Rules for Placing Bets

Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled. If a bet is automatically voided due to a technical error, the staked amount will be refunded.

6.2 Sports Betting

• If an event is cancelled or incomplete, the bet will be considered void and the amount will be refunded.
• Match fixing or betting using insider information about a specific outcome is strictly prohibited.
• If unusual betting patterns are detected, 2bd9 reserves the right to review or cancel such bets.

6.3 Casino Games

All games are operated through the software of third-party game providers (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and others). Game outcomes are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and we do not manipulate any results.

6.4 Errors and Technical Issues
